Information Technology Support Specialist

Insight Global is seeking an Associate Provisioning Specialist to join one of our top insurance clients on a 12‑month contract. This individual will be responsible for managing request fulfillment and incident response, collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve computing issues, and building, delivering, and deploying a wide range of technologies, including laptops, desktops, and software. Additionally, the role involves performing hardware repairs and refurbishments, such as replacing trackpads, solid-state drives, and motherboards.
