Staffing Account Manager

Requirements :

  • 3 years and above in Recruitment Agency technical staffing agency doing Account Management or Client Handling
  • 5+ years of overall experience with a proven track record in the Staffing Industry.
  • Experience in one or multiple industries and domains such as IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Non-IT etc
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a strategic account management role, demonstrating a history of driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Must have experience working with Direct Clients and SOW.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques, navigating and finalizing complex contractual agreements for mutual benefit.
  • Willingness to travel to meet vendors and procurement teams to strengthen relationships. The anticipated number of travels is 12 per year, but this may vary based on business needs.

Opportunity Farming and Hunting

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Jurisdiction team to devise strategies for targeting and acquiring new business ventures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to pinpoint emerging opportunities for expanding staffing business operations.

What will you be doing day to day?

  • Communicate clearly and collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Dealing with Direct clients and meeting the clients in person and generating business from them.
  • Make regular onsite visits with clients and build rapport to foster a long-lasting beneficial relationship and expand existing client business.
  • Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Recruitment / Hiring Manager and convey the exact client's needs.
  • Discover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue optimization within our key accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators to gauge client satisfaction and success in strategic initiatives.
