Requirements :
- 3 years and above in Recruitment Agency technical staffing agency doing Account Management or Client Handling
- 5+ years of overall experience with a proven track record in the Staffing Industry.
- Experience in one or multiple industries and domains such as IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Non-IT etc
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a strategic account management role, demonstrating a history of driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Must have experience working with Direct Clients and SOW.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques, navigating and finalizing complex contractual agreements for mutual benefit.
- Willingness to travel to meet vendors and procurement teams to strengthen relationships. The anticipated number of travels is 12 per year, but this may vary based on business needs.

- Collaborate closely with the Jurisdiction team to devise strategies for targeting and acquiring new business ventures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to pinpoint emerging opportunities for expanding staffing business operations.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Dealing with Direct clients and meeting the clients in person and generating business from them.
- Make regular onsite visits with clients and build rapport to foster a long-lasting beneficial relationship and expand existing client business.
- Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them.
- Maintain regular communication with the Recruitment / Hiring Manager and convey the exact client's needs.
- Discover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue optimization within our key accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to offer valuable insights to clients.
- Track and measure key performance indicators to gauge client satisfaction and success in strategic initiatives.
