Description

Position title : Inside Sales Account Manager

Location : Richmond, B.C.

Reports to : Inside Sales Team Lead

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

  • Maintain existing customer account base order management, pricing, credit, service issues, and quality.
  • Account development order history, product knowledge, SLA’s, inventory, sales performance, cost to serve, inbound lead qualification
  • Competitive landscape market trends including pricing, products, delivery schedules, service platforms, etc.

Professional Experience / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to leverage technology, where appropriate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications / Professional Experience :

  • Experience working in a CRM such as salesforce.com
  • Sales experience
  • Prior Export Experience
  • Bilingual (English, French and Spanish) capabilities a plus
