Job Description
We are working on a new contract opportunity with our Federal Government client looking for a Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This role will have administrative functions such as calendar management , coordinating meetings, maintaining schedules, filing electronically, minute taking and other administrative tasks .
This role is HYBRID located in Calgary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing calendars for senior staff
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars and arranging for facilities, equipment and services
- Maintaining a system for routing and tracking critical, confidential paper and electronic correspondence and ministerial requests
- Composing, editing and verifying a wide range of materials to reflect senior staff’s preferences and the awareness of audience reaction are reflected
- Ensuring proper attention is given to the wider government issues and their relationship to departmental issues and events
- Routing and tracking items for review or signature, to and from the office
- Creating and presenting a variety of reports and
- Recording meeting minutes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) (generating reports and dashboards)
- Knowledge of Global Business Travel (GBT) system
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with online engagement platform Engagement HQ
- Familiarity with MS Sharepoint software experience
- Comfortable working in English and French
Qualifications and Skills
- A REALIABILITY security clearance
- 3+ years experience
- experience working with M365, SharePoint online and Teams
- Bilingual (French and English) is an Asset
