Our client in Dorval in the transport industry is currently looking for an operations clerk to assist with preparing orders for shipments.
Receiving order by phone and emails, coordinating the orders with the warehouse team, ensuring the inventory matches, and preparing all shipment documents.

Advantages

Hours are between 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
Pay ranges from 22-23$ / hr

Responsibilities
- Phones / Emails from customers, carriers and the team regarding shipment order requests and inventory
- Preparing documents for shipments, printing pallet labels / IDS, bill of ladings, packing slips and more
- Support with coordination of outgoing shipments
- Ensure accuracy of all orders (inbound and outbound)
- Occasional audits of inventory pallets

English spoke, intermediate French knowledge
