Recognized for their excellence and innovation, our partner is experiencing significant growth and is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join their expanding team and work out of their Kelowna Office .
Your engineering background will be key in providing expert support and solutions to a wide range of customers.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Develop and maintain relationships with all industry stakeholders (Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Developers, Owners etc.),
- Project manages the entire sales cycle from initial enquiry through end of warranty period
- Understand client’s needs and provide appropriate technical solutions to achieve satisfaction / design intent
- Understand, and remain current with, both industry and local codes and regulations, and market trends,
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical Engineering degree / diploma or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling within the HVAC industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
