Are you a Senior SAP Professional / Delivery Partner with expertise in Energy / Oil & Gas and a knack for sales? An exciting opportunity awaits in Toronto, ON! A leading client in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking skilled individuals to drive their Energy and Oil & Gas projects.

This full-time, permanent role mandates office presence two days a week, offering a competitive salary between $180,000 to $260,000.

Your experience you bring will include :

• 5+ years managing SAP delivery in the Utilities sector or related industries.
• Expertise in SAP S / 4HANA private and cloud installations, with a deep understanding of various SAP modules.
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and driving SAP delivery excellence.
• 10+ years of experience selling complex SAP technology services for Tier 1 or 2 global service providers.
• Experience upselling SAP solutions across application lifecycle services, cloud, mobility, and testing.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially with VP-level client stakeholders in SAP-related deals.

Your responsibilities will include :

As a Client Delivery Partner, you will manage SAP delivery for high-profile clients in the Utilities sector. You’ll lead a large team responsible for Project Management while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within SAP-related projects.

A key part of the role involves negotiating terms with senior executives and ensuring consistent excellence across all SAP accounts.

• Candidate will be reporting directly to the COO
• This role requires someone who will be responsible for clients with a value of $75M across Canada and US.
• Not a sales role, falls under Delivery and will be leading a Delivery team.
• Candidate will be responsible to run their own P&L.
• Under the GCDP, there’s 3 verticals this person will lead :

o Director of multi-year SAP Management

o SAP Projects

o Smart Metering

Requirements

• Utilities experience
• Ability to lead large teams in a competitive, fast-paced environment, within a global SAP service delivery framework.
• 10+ years of experience selling complex SAP technology services for Tier 1 or 2 global service providers.
• 5+ years managing SAP delivery in the Utilities sector or related industries.
• Expertise in SAP S / 4HANA private and cloud installations, with a deep understanding of various SAP modules.
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and driving SAP delivery excellence.
• SAP Does not have to be SAP 4 / HANA, this would be ideal and preferred, not required.
