Marketing Manager
Job description :
- Leading and mentoring the marketing department
- Establishing and implementing processes to algin strategies and responsibilities across e-commerce, design and brand marketing
- Developing and managing the annual department budget
- Driving the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for several different brands
- Overseeing key goals in sales, brand marketing and content across all marketing channels
- Guiding brand strategy and alignment
- Managing and negotiating with 3rd parties and managing the relationships with public relations agencies, influencers, etc.
- Tracking, and optimizing the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (paid advertising, email marketing, social media)
- Formulating and executing strategies to increase brand awareness through content marketing and enhancing Google ranking
- Utilizing SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic
- Developing customer engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value and encourage word of mouth traffic
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates and customer acquisition cost
Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate :
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of digital brand management experience
- Previous experience leading social media, public relations, and content
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing and Google Analytics
- Experience with social media analytics platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
