We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time seasonal position in a busy and upbeat workplace in Sydney, NS.

We are looking for a candidate that will be personable, math oriented and a good problem solver. The season typically runs from March to November.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting customers by creating sales orders, providing quotes and answering questions. Both in person and over the phoneAchieving team performance goals in salesAssisting in shipping and receiving, order picking, and scheduling as needed.

Identifying customers' needs, suggesting the right solutions / products, and ensuring each customer is taken care of.Any other tasks deemed appropriate to the position.

QualificationsGreat communication skills in person and on the telephone.Someone with drive and ambition.Available to work occasional Saturdays during the summer season.

Open to helping and working with your team members in the Warehouse and other Shaw Brick locations, as required.Knowledge of Microsoft office and excel.
