Scale Clerk

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Granby Quebec. As a scale clerk you will be responsible for tracking the receipt and shipment of materials. You will weigh the material produce the scale tickets and respond appropriately to customers.

What you will be responsible for :

• Greeting customers and offering courteous service upon arrival
• Weighing trucks and entering information into the system
• Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents in the software
• Answering phone calls and redirecting inquiries as needed
• Following up on material shipments and producing the required reports
• Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts filing invoicing etc.)
