Overview : This position supports clients across Canada in their practice development efforts. The role involves face-to-face and virtual interactions, helping ensure the clinic's marketing needs are met and aligned with strategic growth goals.
You will help foster strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
What you’ll do :
- Support the Sales team in delivering strategic practice development assistance to clinics.
- Assist in the creation and success of value-added services and marketing programs.
- Execute clients' projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Participate in strategy and planning meetings with clinics, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Regional Sales Directors (for key accounts) to define project briefs and lead marketing initiatives.
- Attend in-clinic marketing events to ensure vendors meet expectations.
- Execute traditional and digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Ensure that lead generation and project timelines are adhered to, supporting marketing success.
- Provide additional support to the marketing department as required.
What you bring to the team :
- A blend of traditional marketing and digital marketing experience
- Familiarity with Email marketing, Google ads and SEO tools
- Proficiency using MS office suite and Adobe creative suite
- Lead generation experience (or projects in absence of experience)
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and time management skills
