About This Role

Brampton Funeral Home & Cemetery, located at Brampton, Ontario, is currently recruiting a full-time Pre-Planning Sales Representative to join our Sales Office. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and providing funeral and cemetery pre-planning by contacting and meeting clients to pre-arrange their funerals and discussing pre-arranging cemetery products and services in the community.

We are looking to fill this position with a qualified, action-oriented and self-motivated individual who is capable of prioritizing and handling multiple demands simultaneously.

You will receive outstanding paid training, company benefits, a generous merit-based pay structure, and a structured bonus program, in addition to incentive-based contests for top performance.

Compensation & Status

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Status : This is a current vacancy and we are actively seeking to fill this position.

Compensation : Commission-only with $17.60 / hr guaranteed until commission is earned. Commission payouts will be reduced by total hourly wages paid. Net annual earnings typically range between $70,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• Registration in or completion of funeral pre planning and cemetery pre planning courses in an accredited post-secondary institution would be considered an asset.
• Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous professional experiences and a strong discipline for working in a customer-centric service organization. Experience in business development, sales and customer success is an asset.
• Willing to demonstrate active community involvement and establish a positive profile of the cemetery and funeral home within the community.
• Highly focused on achieving and exceeding sales results and ensuring full compliance of all federal and provincial regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with Cemetery Operations, Funeral and Home Office Centres of Excellence to achieve Company revenue goals and objectives.
