Customer Service Representative Our client, based in the lower mainland of Vancouver, provides unique printing solutions specializing in high-quality, customized products for businesses and organizations.

Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction, and an incredible team culture, sets them apart. They are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join their team in their Fraser Valley location.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for the company, providing exceptional service to their clients.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and service. Qualifications : Marketing Certificate combined with additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in either the printing industry, corporate gifts supply, or in a light manufacturing environment where multiple products are on offer.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.

Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Proficient with Adobe Illustrator Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
