Job Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety in accordance with care plans.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.
