Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding workforce needs, hiring goals, and business challengesManage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referralsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsDeliver market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to clientsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteriaEnsure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practicesMaintain accurate documentation and candidate records in ATS / CRM systemsSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiativesMeet or exceed recruitment KPIs related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfactionQualifications :
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred2-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing and candidate assessment skillsExperience using ATS / CRM platforms and LinkedIn RecruiterSolid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practicesMu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
