We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Database Maintenance Clerk to join our team, possibly with an interest in the legal sector.

This is a 6 to 12 months role, which may be extended. The Database Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our extensive database of candidates and clients within the legal sector.

This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our database operations.

Responsibilities :

  • CRM Management and Maintenance :
  • Perform and assist our operations team to maintain regular data entry tasks to update candidate and client information in the database.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning up database records.
  • Conduct routine database maintenance tasks such as archiving outdated records, resolving duplicate entries and purges records if needed.
  • Regularly review and update database protocols and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • database issues and collaborate with Global Operations Manager as well as other team leaders when necessary to resolve technical or procedural issues.
  • data quality control measures to minimize errors and inconsistencies.

Qualifications :

  • Young grads with Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in database management or data entry, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain data integrity in a high-volume database.
  • Proficiency in database management systems and Microsoft office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and experience implementing data security best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
