The Web Experience Specialist would act as a ‘Product Owner’ for optimal user experience for a specific Brand on our .ca properties. The role is responsible for end-to-end model launches, regular site audits and reporting, identifying gaps and implementing changes, and providing competitive insight and industry trend analysis. The specialist will act as Brand Communication lead and will manage small enhancements and issue fixes for their brand.

The salary range for this position is $39–$49 CAD hourly. Individual salaries within this range are determined by education, experience, knowledge, and skill set.
This is an on-site position with occasional work‑from‑home opportunities : employees are required to work on-site four days per week with the opportunity to work‑from‑home one day per week (with a dedicated workspace at the assigned company office).
