Impact & Role

As a Service Professional, you’ll be a frontline sales champion and technical expert in the community, serving as a trusted advisor in our customers’ homes. With your exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will help our customers fully experience the benefits of our growing suite of products and services. You’ll set customers up with services, provide on‑site support, and drive future growth for TELUS by highlighting sales opportunities designed to help our customers get the most out of their TELUS experience. You’ll educate customers face‑to‑face on both new and existing products in their homes, all while increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Benefits

We know that our success is tied to the people we hire. Starting your career with TELUS includes an hourly wage of $27.70 plus sales commissions, annual bonuses, and regular increases. The hourly wage includes a base wage of $25.70 with an additional $2  /  hour for the recognized skill of Aerial Outside Plant Climbing (telephone pole climbing).
