Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist

Kelly, a leader in providing workforce solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry / Customer Service Specialist.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry and providing exceptional customer service to our client.

Please note : that this is a contract position set at 4 weeks with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities :

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including entering customer information, sales orders and other relevant data into our database.
• Maintain data integrity by verifying and updating information regularly, identifying and correcting errors
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely shipment, and delivery of products to customers.
• Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
