About the Program
Health Navigation Service (HNS) provides Jamati members with information on how to manage their health, supports navigation of healthcare resources in the community and enables jamati members to make informed decisions about their wellbeing.
HNS also advocates for murids to receive care in a timely manner. The data analysis and Quality assurance program team ensures appropriate data collection, compliance to privacy protection and reporting to allow program improvement.
About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis and Support : Analyze and provide data on requested metrics to national and regional teams, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Database Monitoring : Ensure continuous monitoring and maintenance of databases to uphold data integrity.
- Reporting : Develop and distribute comprehensive quarterly reports based on case metrics, trends, and key findings.
- Survey Management : Send out post-evaluation surveys and continuously monitor survey results to assess engagement, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver insights that inform decision-making.
- Process Improvement : Continuously review and improve data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
About You
Skills & Competencies :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Healthcare background (preferred)
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly to various stakeholders.
