Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual
To join our Saskatchewan team as an Operations Specialist!
Reporting to the Associate Program Manager, the Operations Specialist will play a key support role to help administer an energy conservation program that services Saskatchewan’s Northern First Nation communities.
The program offers qualifying participants a home energy assessment, and depending on the outcome of the assessment, participants could receive various energy-efficient upgrades to their home.
We look forward to adding an Operations Specialist to our team to help ensure the smooth delivery of the program which will create more efficient and healthier homes for First Nation participants.

- Manage program data, conducts analysis and present findings in a professional manner.
- Develop relationships with program stakeholders and provide them with support they require to execute the program.
- Coordinate training and support local field workers.
- Oversee quality assurance procedures and ensure health and safety procedures are being followed.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys amongst participants.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have
- 3+ years of relative industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and;
- A willingness to travel to northern Indigenous communities ( 10%)
