Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze periodic and sector-specific financial statements for individual properties.
  • Develop and coordinate budgets for different centers.
  • Provide monthly explanations for variances compared to operational budgets.
  • Prepare and coordinate budget forecasts for properties.
  • Consolidate annual expenses for each property to assist Lease Managers in invoicing operating expenses and taxes related to leases.
  • Manage balance sheet items related to management mandates (Receivables, Payables, Cash).
  • Contribute to various special projects.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting, analysis, budgeting, and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Experience in commercial real estate accounting is an asset.
  • Functional in both spoken and written French and English.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Yardi software and asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
