Senior Account Executive - High Rise and Strategic Accounts

Summary

Working closely with, and reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Senior Account Executive will be an important member of Enercare’s sales team, responsible for driving growth across high-rise, low-rise strategic accounts and property management.

The successful candidate will focus on building new, long-term relationships with marquis builders and landlords, maximizing revenue and unit additions.

This individual will also oversee certain of Enercare’s strategic partnerships and major accounts and play an important role in executing Enercare’s growth plan across all B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Refine and execute Enercare’s growth plan across key market segments
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts and drive business as assigned by the Vice President
  • Build strong relationships with all functional groups within Enercare
  • Represent Enercare through industry associations and events
  • Support project execution and delivery

Qualifications :

  • Experience in high-rise building (new construction or retrofit) sales capacity is preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, hydronics and heat pump technology (including VRF)
  • Demonstrated experience in building a robust, self-generated sales pipeline
  • Strong leadership, relationship building and closing skills
  • Must be hard working, dedicated and relentless in pursuit of results
  • Applicant must reside or relocate to GTA or surrounding area
