You'll be part of a product development team committed to innovation, technology and customer satisfaction. Here's an overview of your responsibilities : Design and model rubber tracked assemblies and components required to fit products to vehiclesDesign and model various test benches and monitor their manufactureCreate installation tools and accessories adapted to the productProduce manufacturing drawingsParticipate in customer meetings with the technical teamProvide technical support to multidisciplinary product development teamsContribute to the definition of the technological plan by contributing innovative ideas for the development of new technologiesParticipate in project feasibility studies and activity planningSupport production during the manufacturing of prototypes or production start-upLaunch and follow up machined parts while providing technical support to the supplierProfileWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR DEC in Mechanical Engineering with a design / manufacturing option or DEP in industrial draftingMinimum 3 years' experience in drafting and / or designing complex mechanical systems, ideally in the transportation, snowmobile and / or heavy vehicle industryKnowledge of mechanics, machining and design of castingsProficiency in CAD software (Solid Edge an asset)Excellent analytical skills and autonomousInnovative spirit and willingness to think outside the boxAbility to work in a multidisciplinary teamExperience with motorized vehicles (an asset)Intermediate English for communicating with English-speaking customers (an asset) WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER Permanent full-time position, daytime, Monday to Friday We pay your dues to the Ordre des IngénieursThe best of both worlds : the resources of a large company in a family atmosphere Time off for illness or family reasons (more generous than the norm) Flexible hours that allow you to balance work and personal life Group insurance (different plans adapted to your needs) Access to telemedicineRegistered Retirement Savings Plan with employer contribution Employee and family assistance program 2000 referral bonusSocial activitiesAPPLY NOW!We look forward to getting to know you and to welcoming you to our big Soucy family!
