We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, prospecting new accounts, and promoting our line of non-alcoholic beer and wine.

The Territory is flexible, we are open to accepting applicants from the Greater Toronto Area to Hamilton and Kitchen / Waterloo.

We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional who can hustle and visit accounts every day. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the territory
  • Prospect and open new accounts
  • Achieve sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products and their features and benefits
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, community events, and retailer demo programs
  • Provide ongoing support and training to accounts as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies
  • Submit weekly reports and updates to the executive lead.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed

Compensation :

  • Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
  • Expected total compensation $60k - 80k
  • Mileage reimbursement & phone coverage
