Job Description
L’équipe des représentants des ventes de prêts hypothécaires constitue un canal national de services bancaires de détail dont le mandat est d’accroître la clientèle de TD Canada Trust au moyen de facilités de crédit garanti par des biens immobiliers.
Vous recevrez une formation axée sur la vente qui vous permettra de renforcer vos compétences en vente et vos connaissances du crédit. Notre formation complète facilitera votre intégration à la culture d'entreprise axée sur les employés de la TD et à votre nouvelle équipe.
Votre directeur des ventes a votre succès à cœur et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec vous, notamment en faisant des appels de vente conjoints et en organisant des séances de coaching mensuelles. Vous travaillerez à l'aide d'un système de gestion des ventes conçu spécifiquement pour soutenir votre réussite par l'intermédiaire de notre canal de vente.
