Production Team Lead

Calling all production team leads! Our client, in the plastic extruding industry is looking for a team lead / supervisor on their night shift.

Close to a bus route and located in the heart of Dundas, this is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to enhance their leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all appropriate operating procedures and quality control checks
• Supervising and directing personnel in their assignments, ensuring they are performed properly and safety.
• Operate and maintains plastic extrusion line(s)
• Performs necessary calibrations and adjustments
• Responsible also for following proper health and safety measures when operating equipment and machinery.
• Hands on assistance throughout the production line when necessary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing setting on a production floor
• Mechanically inclined
• Experience working in extrusion an asset
• Health and Safety conscious
• Must be able to work night shift- 11-7 Sun-Thurs
