Environmental Health and Safety Consulting — Richmond, BC
Salary Range : $95,000 - $105,000
Team Leaders are organized, efficient project managers with strong people skills. This role focuses on hazardous materials management (asbestos, lead, silica) and involves guiding and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality environmental health and safety services. The position is based in our Richmond, BC office with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications
We are looking for a solid background in Hazardous Materials project success and experience in effective communications with clients. Proven ability to effectively manage staff, maintain positive morale, and lead a culture of teamwork and service excellence. A valid driver’s license, insurance and car are required. Depending on client requirements, you may be required to undergo security clearances and periodic drug and alcohol testing to gain access to certain job sites.
