Overview

A guest Assistant / Receptionist is required at a 5-star property in the USA.

Responsibilities

Greet guests on arrival, assign rooms, issue keys, and collect payment information.
Coordinate housekeeping, porters, transport providers and kitchen staff to meet guest requirements.
Respond to all guest questions and requests while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

Strong communicator with guests and ability to handle hotel, restaurant and facilities reservations.
