Your responsibilities will include : Administrative Assistance : Managing calendar and scheduling meetings for CEOCoordinating internal meetings and team eventsOrganizing and maintaining internal documentation and platformsDraft slides, meeting notes and documents for CEOEvent Coordination : Managing communication for various events and initiativesFacilitating monthly speaker engagements and coordinating event logisticsManaging Zoom meetings and ensuring seamless virtual experiencesAssisting with event promotion and outreach effortsMarketing Support : Creating and managing social media content across platformsAssisting with newsletter creation and distributionManaging website updates and contentConducting minor video editing tasks as neededOther Qualities : Lived experience with racismAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsCreative design abilities for social media contentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability to navigate new information and unexpected circumstancesExcellent time management Growth mindset and genuine affinity for learning.
