They will also provide high-quality, efficient customer service for all communications supporting the development, events and stewardship programs, to ensure donor satisfaction and increase retention rates.
What You’ll Be DoingProvide exceptional customer service internally and externally via phone, video and email Support the Vice President, Philanthropy and Directors with calendar scheduling Support administrative tasks related to major fundraising campaigns Support the Philanthropy team with logistics, processing invoices, managing approvals, and booking meetings and travel Act as administrative / project manager on Philanthropy multi-stakeholder projects Support the broader Philanthropy team with preparing and sharing meeting invitations, presentations, agendas and minutes Keep detailed budgets to support the team in achieving its goals Support inquiries related to processing donations, encouraging participation in Parkinson Canada campaigns, and answering general account maintenance inquiries Act as a backup for Donation Phone Line and Inbox Demonstrate passion for Parkinson Canada’s mission Actively contribute to our culture of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion Other duties as assigned QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of recent, related work experience.
Demonstrated ability to answer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field from an accredited educational institution.
French language knowledge is considered an asset. Highly developed customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment and ensure donor satisfaction through first-call resolution.
A high degreeofthoughtfulnessand professionalism tobuildrelationshipswith a widerangeof stakeholders. Superior project management and organization skills.
Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.

Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge, Luminate Online, TeamRaiser, and / or comparable online fundraising and nonprofit marketing tools.
