Who We’re Looking For
- Sr. Business Systems Analyst – analyze, visualize and document business processes in security, support the PMO with dashboard reporting for key metrics.
- Enjoy analysis, data, and process visualization; proficient in Excel, PowerBI, JIRA and process flow mapping tools.
What You Will Be Doing
Document internal user and functional specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and task / workflow analysis.Translate large amounts of data into meaningful reports, including aggregated consumption data.Prepare use cases, current / proposed process maps, workflows, data flows, process re‑engineering maps, functional specifications, and end‑user adoption plans and guides.Conduct project review sessions, obtain sign‑offs, and coordinate acceptance tests to ensure timely delivery of requirements.Collaborate cross‑organizationally with stakeholders such as IT, Network, and Product teams.What You Bring
Previous business systems analyst experience.Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, PowerBI and / or other data visualization tools.Ability to deliver quality solutions under short deadlines.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess contractual terms, evaluate impact, and recommend alternatives.Team‑player with initiative; professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.Knowledge and experience in ITIL framework.Benefits & Perks
