Job Description and Responsibilities

The WASCO PIPE PROTECTION CORPORATION is a leading provider of pipe coating solutions for the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to take the helm of our facility and be the driving force behind the facility's daily performance. You will blend strategic planning with shop-floor leadership to ensure our operations are safe and efficient. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of daily operations including optimizing productivity, reducing costs, eliminating errors, and ensuring regulatory requirements and customer specifications are met. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial coating operations.

• Safety First : Instill and enforce a robust safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE)
• Optimize Production : Oversee all manufacturing processes to meet production targets, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput
• Quality Control Champion : Ensure all coated products meet rigorous industry standards and exceed customer expectations
• Lead & Develop Talent : Mentor and manage a dedicated team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Drive Efficiency : Implement Lean manufacturing principles, manage operational budgets, and track KPIs to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives
