Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use of frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales / CP / EBITA / BHPD / NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance

Compensation

$30 - $35 per hour flat rate. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
