Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, software).
• Manage all IT needs for Planiform; software, hardware, web services and systems need.
• Setup and take down employee workstations.
• Maintain inventory of all hardware and necessary licensing.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve IT needs on and off site remote.
• Ensure system and data security (cybersecurity, backups, updates).
• Manage IT projects : deployment of new tools, system migrations, solution integration.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations departments to align technology tools with business needs.
• Manage external vendors and service contracts.
• Conduct technology watch and propose continuous improvements.
