As Parts Manager for the Hanna store you will lead a 5-person team and you will be responsible for the Parts Department, the team performance, and the customers’ experience.
Hanna has a modern new facility that offers on site, on-line and mobile parts. In addition to the typical JD parts, they offer a wide variety of other parts and supplies that producers need on their farm.
As Parts Manager you will work closely with your parts team, as you coach them to become proactive trusted advisors to their customers.
You will support their efforts and help them see opportunities to create business.
