Landscaper (NOC 22114)

NuGreen Lawn and Garden Services Ltd. is seeking a full‑time, permanent Landscaper with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Wage rate: $36.60/hr
Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland (Business: 4833 Byrne Rd #102 Burnaby, BC V5J 3H6)
Start date: As soon as possible.

• Plan and construct landscaped environments, including trees, shrubberies, lawns, fences, decks, patios, and other landscape structures.
• Perform ground‑keeping and building maintenance duties.
• Mow lawns by hand or with equipment.
• Cut, trim, and edge lawns and beds.
• Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
• Sweep walkways, shovel snow, apply plaster, fix fountains.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems.
• Landscape construction and installation.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and horticulture.
• Proven ability to safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina for repetitive, physically demanding tasks.
• Work in wet, damp, cold environments with exposure to dust, odors, and noise.
• Heavy workloads; required to stand, bend, crouch, kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Education: Completion of high school required; college diploma is an asset.
