The University of Lethbridge Faculty of Fine Arts is welcoming applications for a continuing 0.833 FTE Program Specialist. This position works approximately 28 hours per week.
Under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Student Program Services, the Program Specialist provides senior administrative leadership for undergraduate and graduate program operations in the Faculty of Fine Arts, including over 25 undergraduate program pathways in the Fine Arts’ Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Music (BMus.), Bachelor of Arts (BA) as well as six different graduate programs including the Master of Fine Arts (MFA), Master of Music (MMus.) and M.A. The role manages complex academic processes and systems across the full student lifecycle, from recruitment and admissions through to graduation, and ensures compliance with institutional and external regulations, data integrity, and consistency of academic records while supporting curriculum governance (tracking curriculum changes, coordinating approvals, and managing calendar and program updates), student advising, and financial operations to ensure an excellent student experience. Errors in this role directly affect student progression, funding, graduation eligibility, and academic governance.

Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $4,691.00 - $5,799.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 10)
