Overview

The team at a dental clinic in Burnaby, BC is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to provide a full range of dental services with a strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. This permanent role offers approximately 32 hours per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, in a modern practice with a solid and growing patient base, strong earning potential, and free parking.

Responsibilities

Provide a full range of dental services with emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborate with experienced dental professionals who offer mentorship and leadership. Contribute to long-term growth opportunities, including potential equity partnership within 123Dentist practices.

Compensation

Compensation is fee-for-service, starting at 35% of collections and negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process.
• Be registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals.
• Have at least one year of experience practicing dentistry in Canada.
