We are seeking a TMS Order Entry Specialist based in our Milton Office location to join the Transportation team. This is a fully on-site role.

Your future team :

You will become part of the ROCKWOOL North America Transportation team and will be reporting to the Transportation Manager . This position has no direct reports.

What you will be doing :

As a member of the ROCKWOOL Transportation Team, you will oversee the building of full trucks aligned with customer PO's, management of a key TMS order entry system, creation of shipment numbers, and coordination with Transportation Supervisors.

Converting large purchase orders (PO's) to full truck shipments (FTL's)

Defining FTL data including but not limited to product, SKU, volume, weight, pallet count, etc.

Using FTL data to manage the TMS system and generate load-specific shipment numbers

Creating shipments with FTL, TMS, and shipment number information

Inputting to Transporeon for tracking

Transmitting to Transportation teams for load tendering and appointment scheduling

Transmitting to Warehouse teams for execution and inclusion on MH10 labels

Other tasks as assigned daily

What you bring :

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain related field

5+ years in logistics or supply chain roles

SAP experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Experience with Transporeon or other TMS systems is an asset
