Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax guidance, review self-prepared personal tax returns, and prepare full-service returns.
- Manage product and software inquiries related to tax preparation.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver clear, customer-oriented answers.
- Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with CRA requirements, including providing the CRA RepID when onboarding.
- Utilize professional tax software to prepare and file complex personal tax returns (employment, self‑employment, rental income, investments, T1135, foreign income, credits and deductions).
- Demonstrate passion for helping customers navigate tax complexities and for enhancing the Intuit brand through outstanding customer service.
- Work a flexible schedule, committing to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Maintain proficiency in both English and French to serve clients across Canada.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.Experience preparing complex personal tax returns using professional tax software.Proficient in both English and French, with the ability to provide real‑time tax guidance to bilingual clients.Experience with CRA Delegated Representation and ability to obtain and use a CRA RepID.Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) and Quebec Tax (TP1) returns is an asset.Skills & Abilities

Base pay : $24.50 – $33.50 per hour (matched to location : PEI, BC, Nova Scotia). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location, with ongoing pay equity reviews.
