Overview
A growing food manufacturer is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the VP of Sales & Marketing. This is a hybrid Sales Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator role focused on sales support, reporting, project coordination, product launches, customer presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.



Responsibilities

*Coordinate product launches and commercialization activities

*Prepare customer presentations, reports, and sales materials

*Support sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis

*Manage product samples and customer requests

*Coordinate projects across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Procurement, and Finance

*Track timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule


Requirements

*3-5 years of Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Marketing Support, or Marketing Coordination experience

*Manufacturing experience required

*Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

*Experience creating customer-facing presentations and reports

*Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently


Preferred Experience

*Food Manufacturing or CPG
Product launches/commercialization

*Packaging, Trade Marketing, or Brand Support

*Consumer Goods or Retail Supplier environments


Ideal Backgrounds
