Weare seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager RN tojoin our team overseeing various LTC / AL / IL care homes within theVancouver Lower Mainland including a staff of 500 serving over 450residents.
Theideal candidate will have at least 25 years of experience inNursing Team Leadership and Administration demonstratingexceptional management skills clinical expertise and strategicvision.
AsOperations Manager RN you ensure excellence in the provision ofpatientcentered care within various care homes. The OperationsManager provides leadership and direction for the operationsmanagement utilization risk management and quality improvement andapplies management theory and concepts to leading staffingmonitoring evaluating and data gathering including the developmentof relevant outcome measures.
The Operations Manager RN isaccountable for efficient effective utilization of approvedphysical financial and human resources;
guiding and coordinatingactivities in accordance with professional standards; supportingthe goals and strategic direction of theorganization.
KeyResponsibilities :
Lead and managemultisite nursing operations ensuring high standards of care andcompliance with allregulations
Oversee staffrecruitment training and development fostering a collaborative andsupportiveenvironment
Develop andimplement policies and procedures to enhance patient care andoperationalefficiency
Monitor andevaluate nursing practices ensuring the delivery of compassionatehighqualitycare
Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes andsatisfaction
Manage budgetsand resources effectively aligning with organizational goals andfinancialtargets
Serve as amentor and role model to nursing staff promoting professionalgrowth andexcellence.
Qualifications :
BCCNM RegisteredNurse; master s degree in nursingpreferred
Minimum of 25years of experience in nursing andmanagement
Strongleadership and organizationalskills
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities
Proven trackrecord in improving patient care and operationaloutcomes
Compensation :
Salary range : $175000
