We are looking for a motivated, sales and service oriented individual to join our Desjardins Agent team in Stouffville.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, help them find insurance solutions that meet their needs, and contribute to a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You Will Do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, assisting clients with questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing.

• Work closely with the Agent to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals.

• Build lasting client relationships through consistent and respectful follow up. We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes connecting with clients takes more than one attempt. Your persistence will help ensure every client has the protection they need.

What We Are Looking For

• Property & Casualty Licence (preferred or willingness and ability to obtain).

• Life Licence (LLQP) (preferred or willingness and ability to obtain).

• Previous sales experience preferred.

• Proven ability to meet sales goals or quotas is an asset.

• A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent problem solving abilities.

• A dependable, positive, and team oriented attitude.

• A willingness to continuously learn and stay informed in an evolving insurance industry.

Compensation:

Base salary of $52,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives
