Production Worker

Job Title:Electronic - Mechanical- Electrical Assembler– Production Worker

• Job Location: Midland, ON - Onsite
• Shifts: Day, Afternoon and Nights
• Pay: $ 17.90- $20per hour.depending on experience plus 4% vacation pay.
• This is Temporary to Permanent Opportunity – Pipeline role

Why This Role:The successful candidates will need to be punctual, reliable, motivated, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a high attention to detail,must have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and work safely in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll do:

• Install components and connectors on printed circuit boards (PCBs), as per assembly drawings
• Solder through-hole and fine pitch connectors on PCBs
• Hand solder to IPC standards
• Handle and prepare electronics components according to company standards
• Assist in box assemblies, as per assembly instructions
• Use tools in the assembly of PCBAs
• Follow ESD safe practices

What you’ll bring:

• Must hold an electronics or electrical technology diploma.
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing is an asset. Training will be given to the right candidate.
• Must be able to work with manufacturing, testing, and engineering departments.
• Must be proficient in soldering techniques, including through-hole and fine-pitch.
• Must be familiar with ESD safe practices.
• Must be a quick learner,
• Must have excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Must have a clear Crim Check.
• PPE required – Steel Toed Safety shoes and Eyeglasses.
