Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

We are hiring immediately two leadership roles:

• Retail store manager (which we call store leader)
• Assistant store manager (which we call assistant store leader)

Retail store manager (general manager):

You will oversee all aspects of our store, from leading a team to partnering with all areas of the business, and vendors. You will motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team, cultivate an inclusive environment, oversee store KPI’s and maintain a healthy profit and loss.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience leading a hospitality or retail team of at least 50 associates in a fast-paced and high-volume location
• 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• In this role you will be placed permanently in any of our GTA store locations (eg: Brampton, Downsview, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket) and ability to commute to those locations is required

Assistant store manager:

You will lead and coach a team of sales advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience. You will also support in creating an inclusive environment, healthy store KPIs and profit and loss.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• In this role you will be placed permanently in any of our GTA store locations (eg: Brampton, Downsview, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket) and ability to commute to those locations is required

Annualized Compensation Range

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
