Sales Representative – Printers, Toner & Managed Print

Full time, Monday to Friday

Pay: $18.25/hour guaranteed, plus uncapped commission on gross profit. When your commission beats your hourly pay, you earn the commission. Open to more for the right person.

Save On Laser supplies and services printers, toner and managed print plans for businesses across Kamloops and the BC Interior. We're a Brother Preferred Partner and also carry Xerox and Lexmark. We want someone hungry to learn sales whose pay grows with their results. No industry experience needed. We'll train you.

What you'll do

• Visit at least 15 new businesses in person every week and log each visit in our CRM the same day
• Follow up leads, build quotes in our CRM, and close sales
• Call through a list of past customers and warm leads, one a day to start
• Look after the accounts you win
• Attend the Monday team meeting and send a short plan for the next week every Friday

What success looks like

• First 30 days: learn our products, CRM and policies, with 15+ logged visits every week
• By 90 days: a steady pipeline and your first new accounts signed
• By 6 months: hitting your monthly gross profit target and earning commission above your base

You'll be a great fit if you

• Enjoy talking to people and don't mind hearing "no"
• Like working inside a clear system: pricing, returns and approvals are set by the owners, and your job is to win and keep customers within them
• Follow through on every promise to a customer
• Are comfortable with a smartphone, email and learning new software
• Have a valid BC driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
