Job description

Are you looking to launch your career and have a real impact on the development of northern communities? Would you like to play a key role in building a major community centre while experiencing an extraordinary adventure in the Far North? Are you ready to propel your career by joining a major construction site located in Radisson?

Our organization works exclusively in the realization of major civil works and the construction of institutional infrastructure for remote areas. Our fundamental mission is to develop essential, sustainable, and safe facilities, working closely with local populations to meet their needs.

In short, we are looking for a dynamic project coordinator to support us in the delivery of a brand new community pavilion in Radisson. This is a golden opportunity to support the management team directly on site, with the sustained goal of helping you grow and preparing you to take full charge of a construction site in the near future as a project coordinator.

Advantages
Here is the exhaustive list of benefits associated with the project coordinator role. This is the most important section to us, because we make it a point of honor to offer outstanding and hassle-free working conditions to our teams:

Attractive salary: A very competitive entry-level salary, between $80,000 and $90,000, ideal for starting your career.

Guaranteed progression: A clear development plan allowing you to evolve from a project coordinator to a senior management role in the coming years.

Stimulating atypical schedule: A fly-in fly-out rotation work mode with advantageous 21-7 or 28-10 cycles.

Zero expenses on site: Total coverage of your flights, high-end accommodation, and meals during your presence in Radisson.

Financial security: Access to a real defined benefit pension fund upon hiring.

Health coverage: A complete range of group insurance (medical, dental, paramedical specialists).

Rewarding project: The pride of building useful infrastructure that will leave a positive legacy for the community.

Bonuses: Attractive performance bonuses based on the team's success and the progress of the work.

Guaranteed rest: A generous number of weeks of paid vacation to fully enjoy your time back home.

Responsibilities
On a daily basis, your duties will be well supervised and listed as simply as possible to facilitate your practical learning:

Assist with daily planning and organizing the construction logistics for the new pavilion.

Manage orders, track materials, and receive equipment on site.

Write clear progress reports and keep schedules up to date.

Communicate with subcontractors to ensure strict compliance with established plans.

Keep the deficiency register up to date and support the quality control process.

Actively participate in site meetings and record the major points discussed.

Strictly apply occupational health and safety standards with the entire group.

Qualifications
We wish to integrate a bright professional, with clear but by no means excessive selection criteria:

Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a bachelor's degree in construction engineering or a closely related field.

Show a strong interest in holding a formative position as a project coordinator and desire to learn the practical workings of the trade.

Be open, available, and enthusiastic about working in a remote area with a fly-in fly-out rotation lifestyle.

Be able to read, interpret, and understand basic technical plans and specifications.

Have excellent adaptability, show resourcefulness, and enjoy collaborating as a team.
