Our agency is a well-established and trusted presence in the Kingston community, providing Life, Living Benefits, Home, Auto, and Commercial Insurance solutions. We are seeking a motivated and client-focused professional to take an active role in growing and supporting our Life and Living Benefits portfolio.

What You'll Do

1. Work with existing and prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored Life and Living Benefits solutions.
2. Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options, including Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
4. Follow up on leads, referrals, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Work towards obtaining your Ontario General Insurance License within three months of joining our team.
6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
7. Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and help achieve agency goals.

Qualifications

• Ontario Life License (LLQP) required.
• Minimum two years of experience in life insurance sales or a related financial services role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain an Ontario General Insurance License within three months of employment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, performance-based incentives, benefits, paid vacation, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Starting base salary of $50,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives.

• Potential to earn over $75,000 per year through salary and performance-based compensation.
